Hello Customers,

As most of you know, there was a large Microsoft OS issue stemming from a Crowdstrike update overnight that impacted Organizations globally. We can confirm that Crunchtime is not a Crowdstrike customer.

That being said, our Teams have been investigating throughout the morning to monitor for any effects from our Vendors. At this point, we have found no impact on our Crunchtime sites. We believe that all our Applications and functions are operating as expected.

However, we cannot rule out potential downstream impacts if your Vendors are utilizing Crowdstrike. Please let us know if you or your Locations have had your Crunchtime Applications impacted and if we can assist in resolving any issues.
